William Stubbs

William Delano Stubbs, 63, of Rockford passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018. Born March 22, 1955, in York, ME, the son of Ellis H. and Diantha W. (Taylor) Stubbs. Employed as a machinist and CNC operator for almost 43 years. William was employed by Wilson Tool for 20 years, but previously worked for Barber-Colman. He enjoyed camping, hiking and the outdoors, as well as watching the Bears, Cubs and White Sox. Survivors include his siblings, Christine Wenstrom, Stephen Stubbs, Rebecca Stubbs, Virginia Farrell and David Stubbs. Predeceased by his parents; and sister, Ruth Rambow.
