William E. Bagley, 88, of Rockford passed away Monday, May 21, 2018. Born April 29, 1930, in Pixley, CA, the son of William M. and Georgia Irene (Wilson) Bagley. Married Shirley M. Williams on March 22, 1949. Owned and operated Grant Plumbing for many years. Survivors include daughter, Bonnie Powless; son, Larry Bagley; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by parents; wife; son-in-law, Gary Powless; and grandson, Guy Powless.
Graveside service with family and friends welcomed at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 24, in Lawnridge Cemetery, Northeast corner of 8th Ave. and 20th Street, Rochelle. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
