Todd Joseph Greenlee, 47, of Roscoe passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2020, after a 16-year battle fighting a brain tumor and melanoma. He never complained about his fate in life. Todd was born April 2, 1973, in Belvidere, the son of John “Jack” W. and Jean (Hart) Greenlee. Graduated from Guilford High School, Class of 1991, and graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree. He was employed in agricultural work by Mar-Ke Farms and formerly employed in tool sales in the Chicago and Rockford areas. Lifelong member of Willow Creek Presbyterian Church. Todd loved his family, friends, and animals. Todd had a soft and gentle soul but was amazingly competitive. Survivors include his parents; siblings, Michael (Shelly) Greenlee and Scott (Katherine) Greenlee; nieces and nephews, Megan, Britlyn, Jaden, Aidan, and Collin; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. The family would like to thank Loyola Medical Facilities, Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, Heartland Hospice and his caregiver, George Dava.
Walk through visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, December 27, 2020, in Willow Creek Presbyterian Church, 7300 Belvidere Road, Caledonia. Social distancing and face coverings required. Private family services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, December 28, 2020, with livestream on Delehanty Funeral Home Facebook page. Burial in Argyle Scottish Cemetery.
