Timothy Scott Stadel
Timothy Scott Stadel, 62, of Rockford, IL, passed away Tuesday, February 21, 2023, in his home surrounded by family. Born August 27, 1960, in Rockford, the son of Charles and Rosemary (Nance) Stadel. He was an avid train enthusiast, fisherman, gardener, and amateur Rockford historian. Timothy received numerous music awards including the Rockford Area Music Industry Award and first place On The Waterfront as rhythm guitarist for his band Crushing Contents. Survivors include his loving companion and best friend, Rhonda Engle; his children, Erin (David) Haddad, Daniel Engle, Ryan Stadel, and Roxie (Sean) Engle; grandchildren, Grayson Engle and Lillie Haddad; brothers, Steve Stadel and James Stadel; sister, Sue Stadel. Predeceased by his parents; and brother, Ricky Stadel.
Memorial service at noon Saturday, March 11, 2023, at Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park, IL, with visitation from 11 a.m. to service time. Cremation rites accorded.
