Thomas G Parkman, 87, of Loves Park passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019. Born July 30, 1932, in Parma, MO, the son of Thomas J. and Era Lee (Westbrook) Parkman. Married Mary Sue Rodgers on October 2, 1954 in Hernando, Mississippi. Employed by Woodward Governor for 16 years and previously by National Lock for 17 years. Member of North Love Baptist Church. Manager of the Parma Jets, a semi-pro baseball team in Missouri. His greatest loves were God, family and the St. Louis Cardinals. He enjoyed bike riding, reading, scenic weekend trips, and storytelling. Survivors include his wife, Mary Sue; daughter, Ruthie Pratt; son, Jeffrey (Gwen) Parkman; grandchildren, Leah (Joey) Clapp, Lauren (Michael) Keen, Mandalay Parkman and Catherine Parkman; great-granddaughter, Nora Keen; many nieces and nephews.

Private graveside service in Sunset Memorial Gardens, 8800 North Alpine Road, Machesney Park. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
