Theresa “Teri” A. McGraw, 65, of Rockford, IL, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2025. Born June 14, 1959, in Rockford, the daughter of Robert and Nancy (Jones) McGraw. Attended Page Park School. Teri loved bowling, listening to her music, animals and babies. She enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics. She never met anyone that wasn't a friend. Survivors include her siblings, Cathy (Scott Kundert), Jeannie McGraw, and Tom McGraw; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins; loving pet, Roxy. Predeceased by her parents; and brother, Peter McGraw. The family wishes to thank the staff and friends at Olson Terrace for their loving care and friendship throughout her stay. Special thanks to Northern Illinois Hospice for their assistance.

Service at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 27, 2025, at Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park, IL, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery, Rockford. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in her name.
