Terry Clark

Terry W. Clark, 35, of Rockford, entered into eternal rest Thursday, July 5, 2018, surrounded by his family. Born December 30, 1982, in Rockford, the son of Raymond and Pamela (Miller) Clark. Attended Jefferson High School. Avid Dallas Cowboy and Chicago White Sox fan. Terry was a history buff and loved animals. Survivors include his parents, Ray (Pam) Clark; brother, Tracey (Amanda) Clark; three sisters, Lisa Clark, Jamie Holmes and Tashia Clark; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one sister, Tanya Clark; and his grandparents, Luther (Ellen) Roberts and Glenn (Dorothy) Miller.

Service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 10, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
