Susan Kay Meyers, 76, of South Beloit, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 14, 2025, at Javon Bea Hospital. She was born on May 12, 1949, in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Charles Dean and Tellma Mable (Chandler) Pulliam. Susan enjoyed sewing, playing cards and the Packers. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her daughters, Darcy (Rodney) Jenkins, and Stacy Davies; grandchildren, Cody, Brittany (Colton), Skyler (Stephanie), Sydney, and Sean; great-grandchildren, Ellery, Wyatt and Asher; twin brother, Samuel Pulliam; sisters, Linda (Alan) Nelson, Debra (Woody) Bentley, and Sandy (Chet) Zieba; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Larry Pulliam.
Susan was loved and cherished by all who knew her, and she will be greatly missed. Special thank you to her big sister, Linda, for always looking out for her.
As per her request, there are no services. Cremation rites accorded. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park, IL. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
