Steven Howard Johnson, 68, of Friendship, WI., formerly of Rockford, IL., passed away Friday, February 19, 2016, in University of Wisconsin Hospital, Madison, WI. Born June 26, 1947, in Rockford, the son of Howard and Margaret (Nuckles) Johnson. Veteran of the U.S. Army. Formerly employed by Roper-Whitney Corp., Rockford Acromatics, Hamilton Sundstrand and was a realtor with Remax. Avid bowler and outdoorsman. Survivors include fiancé, Joyce Jurgens; sons, Shawn (Elyssa), Chad (Heather) and Cameron (Jenifer) Johnson; daughter, Colleen Johnson; grandchildren, Hannah, Christina, Brock, Liam and Lars; brother, Ron (Kathy) Johnson; nephew, Troy; niece, Tammy; former wife, Rebecca Johnson; special companion and pet, Lady. Predeceased by his parents and a sister.
