Stephen Vincent Pyzynski

Stephen “Steve” Vincent Pyzynski, 58, of Loves Park, IL, passed away on Monday, March 30, 2026, at UW Madison, WI, Hospital. He was born on Thursday, April 20, 1967, in Rockford, IL, the son of Walter E. and Margaret J. (Beers) Pyzynski. Graduated from Hononegah High School, Class of 1985. He continued his education, receiving a degree in electronics and a master’s degree in business. Steve was employed as an engineer and supervisor at RTX Corporation (Raytheon Technologies) for 38 years. There was nothing he couldn’t fix. He enjoyed cars, computers and gaming on computers. Steve had a special love for his dogs, Buddy and Homer. Survivors include his daughter, Skyler (Nancy) Pyzynski of Genoa City, WI; son, Kegan Pyzynski of Machesney Park, IL; sister, Vicki (Roger) Porter of Lake Mills, WI; his special companions, Buddy and Homer. Predeceased by his parents.

Service at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park, IL, with visitation from 9 a.m. to service time. Burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Winnebago, IL. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
