Russell Mckiski

Russell L. McKiski, 82, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2016, in his residence, surrounded by his family. Born February 2, 1934, in Belvidere, son of Harold and Maxine (Jones) McKiski. Married Dolores Snyder September 29, 1953. Retired from Barber Colman Co. He and Dolores enjoyed many years camping at Woodhaven Lakes Camping Resort with his family and friends. He was also an avid Chicago Bulls fan. Survivors include his wife, Dolores; daughter, Doreen (David) Schmidt; son, Russell A. (Kelly) McKiski; grandchildren, Derrick and Dylan Schmidt, Darcee (Brandon) Baney, Greg, Kelsey and Chrystal McKiski; great-grandchildren, Bryce, Maci, Maliyah, Madilyn, Cooper and Zoey; sister, Donna Taylor; nieces, Pamela (Rick) Mattis and Wendy Shones. Predeceased by his son, Ronald and parents.

Visitation 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 2, 2016, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park. Services will be private.
