Robby L. Moessner, 66, of Rockford passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019. Born February 16, 1952, in Beloit, Wis., the son of Robert and Vera (Belk) Moessner. Employed by Salvation Army for 20 years. He was kind and thoughtful and will be missed by all who knew him. Survivors include sister, Robyn (James) Zaher; cousin, Jane (Fr. Andrew) Zbeeb; partner for 24 years, Loretta and her children, Kelly, Lisa and Dennis; several grandchildren; and loving cat, Princess. Predeceased by parents and son, Jeremy.
Memorial service at 10 a.m. Thursday, February 21, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
