Phyllis Robbins

Phyllis Ann Robbins, 79, of Rockford died Friday, March 10, 2017, in Rock River Health Care, where she was a resident. She was born May 15, 1937, in Rockford, the daughter of the late Clyde and Violet (Kramer) Robbins.  Phyllis worked for Tidy-Didee Diaper Service in Rockford for 20 years and attended Grace Lutheran Church in Loves Park.  Phyllis was an avid Cubs and Bears fan.  She became the caregiver to her mother in her later years.  Phyllis was a kind and giving person to her family, friends, and everyone she met. Survivors include her twin brother, Richard (Elizabeth) Robbins of Hayward, WI; nieces, Kathie Robbins of Rockford, Linnea (Joseph) Robbins-Winters of New Carlisle, IN; and nephew, Steven (Jennifer) Robbins of Hayward.  Phyllis was a great-aunt to Eli and Abi Robbins, both of Hayward, Jordan and Jaiden Winters, both of New Carlisle and Deven Fetterly Robbins of Rockford.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 18, in North Burritt Cemetery, 8400 Cemetery Road, Winnebago. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Grace Lutheran Church.  Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., Loves Park.
