Patsy V. Turner, 86, of Rockford, was promoted to her heavenly home, Wednesday, November 24, 2021. Born August 2, 1935, in Grand Glaise, AR, the daughter of Henry and Clara (Osborne) Bullard. Married Truman Turner on April 20, 1953, in Bradford, AR. Co-founder of Haven Assembly of God Church and also attended Riverside Assembly of God. Patsy loved cooking for her family. She enjoyed the holidays, decorating, doing crafts and the first snowfall. Survivors include her husband of 68 years, Pastor Truman of Rockford; her children, Trudy (Andy) Hill of Toledo, Ohio, Richard (Dana) Turner of Crown Point, IN, and Rhonda (Craig) Durham of Rockford; 8 grandchildren, Joel Hill, Chad Hill, Ashley (Ira) Baldwin, Alli (Matt) McCague, Brennan (Mariah) Turner, Nicholas (Morgan) Durham, and Austin (Chelsea) Durham; 18 great-grandchildren; one brother, ZL (Joan) Bullard; numerous nieces and nephews; loving companion, Gracie. Predeceased by one grandson, Ryan Robert Durham; and four brothers. The family wishes to thank Aunt Linda and Aunt Judy for their loving care and compassion.
Service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 1, 2021, in Life Church, 5910 Elevator Road, Roscoe, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Entombment in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
