Patrick "Pat" Schultz

Patrick “Pat” Thomas Schultz, 80, of Rockford passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 29, 2021, in his home surrounded by family.  Born September 21, 1941, in Chicago.  Veteran, serving in the U.S. Air Force.  Married Patricia J. Tierney on May 22, 1965, in Chicago.  Pat loved golfing, bowling, and spending time with family.  His biggest joy was to take road trips.  Avid Chicago Bears fan.  Survivors include his wife, Patricia; son, Karl (Subadra) Schultz; daughters Mari Hall and Lisa (Steve) Marcinkowski; grandchildren, Mari (Dakotah) Boettcher, Crystal Hall, Connor Marcinkowski, Devin Schultz, Vikas Schultz and Gavin Marcinkowski.  Predeceased by his mother, Margaret Zimmerman; sisters, Frances and Judy.  The family wishes to thank the staff at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center and Cherry Valley Police and Fire Rescue.  Special thanks to Bob, Jessica, and Ian for their care, concern and assistance.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Cremation rites accorded.  Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
