Patricia “Patty” J. Snow, 69, of Roscoe, IL, passed away on her birthday, Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. Born April 17, 1955, in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Robert and Hazel (Hermanson) Paulson. Graduated from Harlem High School, Class of 1973. She married Michael Snow on June 23, 2007, in Loves Park, IL. Member of Grace Lutheran Church. She loved spending time with her granddaughters, gardening, camping, and traveling. Patty was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her laughter and kindness will be deeply missed, but her spirit will forever be in our hearts. Survivors include her husband, Michael; twin sons, Matthew Spencer, and Kenny (Julie) Spencer; daughter, Lindsay (Aaron) Graceffa; also including Michael and Joseph Snow; grandchildren, McKenna Spencer, and Mila Graceffa; sisters, Sandi (Dennis) Hendricks, and Jeanie (Karl) Fauerbach; nieces and nephews, Amy, Tracy, Holly, Karl Robert, Kara, and Nicole; loving pets, Mickey, and Oscar. Predeceased by her parents. The family wishes to thank OSF St. Anthony Medical Center nurses and Doctors for their loving care.

Visitation from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park. Private funeral services will be held with a private burial in Long Prairie Cemetery, Capron, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials to be established in her name.
