Patricia James

Patricia L. James, 89, of Machesney Park passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016. Born December 12, 1926, in Rockford, the daughter of James and Lillian (Lundstrom) Keppie. Graduated from East High School, Class of 1945. Married Arthur F. James on May 31, 1952. Formerly employed by Ed Thorne’s Hardware. Former member of Concordia Lutheran Church. Patricia loved attending and selling at flea markets. Survivors include sons, David (Christina) and Bob (Colleen) James; grandchildren, Matt (Rachael) James, Mallory (Darin) Mahon, Lyndsey (Steven) Valentine, Lindsey Johnson and Jared Johnson; great-grandchildren, Paxton James, Naomi Mahon, Emmett Mahon and Jude Valentine; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents; husband; brother, Daniel Keppie; and grandson, Michael T. James. Special thanks to Medina Manor Nursing Center and Hospice Care of America.
