Patricia “Pat” L. Fadness, 72, of Machesney Park, IL, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025. Born April 3, 1952, in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Herbert and Phyllis (Trainor) Schrader. Graduated from Harlem High School, Class of 1970. She married Preston Fadness on May 11, 1974, in Rockford. Member of Grace Lutheran Church. She loved spending time with family, being outdoors, reading, and traveling. Survivors include her husband, Preston; son, Nick (Jeanine) Fadness; daughter, Jill (Zach) Miller; grandchildren, Kya, Blake, Preston, Logan, and Ian; brothers, Herb (Karon) Schrader and Richard (Sheri) Schrader; sister, Jan (Tom) Schmulbach; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents; and brother, George Schrader.

A celebration of life will be at a later date. Cremation rites accorded. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park, IL.
