Patricia Brown

Patricia Marie Brown, 51, of Rockford passed away Wednesday, March 25, 2020, in OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center. Born September 22, 1968, in Chicago, the daughter of Kai James and Antoinette (Fearson) Chin. Married Jimmy C. Brown on July 20, 1988, in Chicago. Employed by Resurrection Nursing Home. Member of St. Edward’s Catholic Church. She loved going on vacation, crime stories and was dedicated to her husband and children. Survivors include her husband, Jimmy; children, Brianna Brown, James Brown and Michael Brown; grandchildren, Audrinna and Hunter; mother, Antoinette Grenlund; brother, James Chin; mother and father-in-law, Kathy and Jimmy Meek; lifelong friends, Chrissy, Janet, Little Debbie, Char and many others. Predeceased by her father; and brother, Eddie Chin. Jimmy wishes to thank Patricia for many years of friendship, love and support for their entire family.

Private services will be held. Burial in Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Hillside. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., of Loves Park.
