Pamela “Pam” Kay Dobson, 78, of Rockford passed away Thursday, October 28, 2021, in her home. Born July 9, 1943, in Yankton, S.D., the daughter of Dwight W. and Maybelle “Sally” (Metcalf) Dilley. Married Joseph “Joe” W. Dobson on November 14, 1964, in Loves Park. Member of St. Bridget Catholic Church. She enjoyed ceramics, cross stitching, crocheting, cooking, and camping. Pam was a selfless, loving, wonderful wife and mother. She loved family get-togethers, organizing family reunions, birthday parties and gatherings. Survivors include her husband, Joe; children, Joe (Nicole) Dobson, Jr., Michelle Church and Christopher T. (Sara) Dobson; grandchildren, Josh (Stephanie) Randazzo, Nick Dobson, Alyssa (Nathan) Dobson, Heather (Aaron) Riley, Holly (Chris) Sharp, Joselyn Church, Brendan Dobson, Bridget Dobson, and Brianna Dobson; great-grandchildren, Addison Randazzo, Harmony Randazzo and Desireé Randazzo; sister, Cynthia (Tim) Peak; sisters-in-law, Mary (Vic) Rovedo and Relda Dobson; many nieces, nephews, and friends. Predeceased by her parents; sister, Jackie Nicoson; brother, Ronnie Dilley; and brother-in-law, Ed Dobson.
