Mildred "Millie" Morris

Mildred "Millie" F. Morris, 94, of Rockford passed away Sunday, October 15, 2017, in Amberwood Care Center.  Born August 2, 1923, in Eastland, TN, the daughter of William R. and Mary C. (Cleveland) Payne.  Married Oril E. Morris on September 2, 1950, in Rockford.  Member of Broadway Church of Christ and Foresters.  Survivors include son, Wayne (Jan) Morris; daughter, Mary Gillis; 5 grandchildren, Daniel (Jen) Morris, Rebecca (Adam) Zomok, David (Rebecca) Morris, Christina Fuller and Jennifer (Phillip) Spataro; 8 great-grandchildren, Nathan Morris, Gracie Morris, Hayden Morris, Maddison Zomok, Tyler Zomok, Joshua Morris, Isaiah Morris and Hannah Morris; numerous nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her husband, 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Service at 2 p.m. Tuesday, October 17, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 1 p.m. to service time.  Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
