Michael Rainwater

Michael W. Rainwater, 67, of Rockford passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020, in OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center. Born September 20, 1953, in Rockford, Illinois, the son of Mark J. and Betty Marie (Vanderhyden) Rainwater. Michael was a student at Rock Valley College. He enjoyed thrifting and buying/selling electronics. Michael had a strong faith in the Lord and has gone home along with his parents; and sister, Connie Rainwater. Survivors include son, Michael (Agnes) Keller; grandchildren, Xander and Xavier Keller; siblings, Rv Charles (Brenda) Rainwater, Linda (Mike) Lynch, and Paul Rainwater; numerous nieces and nephews including niece, Rachel (Chris) Smith and nephews, Eric (Bonnie) Nofsinger and Joshua Rainwater.

Celebration of life will be at a later date. Cremation rites accorded with inurnment in Arlington Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Stepping Stones of Rockford or the charity of your choice. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
