Michael L. Radean

Michael L. “Mick” Radean, 67, of Rockford passed away Friday, February 23, 2018, in his home.  Born August 30, 1950, in Marshfield, Wisconsin, the son of Mike and Myrna (Gahm) Radean.  Mick owned and operated On-Site EPI for many years.  He was the former owner of the Rockton Inn for 10 years and member of the Lombardi Club.  “Captain Mick” as he was known, enjoyed sailing the Rock River with his Party Barge, the "Wild Seaman," and entertaining his family and many friends with his cookouts or for any reason to have a get together.  Mick loved music and dancing.  Survivors include his sons, Michael “Nick” (Lori) Radean and Nate (Samantha) Radean; longtime loving partner, Linda Johnson; twin brother, Dick (Kathy) Radean; sisters, Linda (Kim) Grant and Shelby Radean; stepchildren, Stephanie Jones, Jennifer Scribner, Julie Stone; granddaughters, Grace and one on the way; grandchildren, Alexandra, Daniel, Ashley, Jonathan, Taylor, Ava, Braiden and Brielle; great-grandchildren, Nicolette, Carmella, Giana and Carman; niece, Dawn (Marc) Berg; nephews, Keith (Jenny) Grant and Kyle (Karen) Grant; great-nieces and nephew, Kayla, Breanna, Tristyn, Ella, Eve and Brennan; great-great-niece, Emma; many special friends including, Frank Fasula and Donnie Bergquist.  Predeceased by his parents.

Service at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2018, in Riverside Community Church, 6816 North 2nd Street, Machesney Park.  Visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, March 2, 2018, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
