Margaret A. Burgert, 89, of Rockford, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2021, in Wesley Willows. Born October 16, 1932, in Rockford, the daughter of Walter and Mary (Bolger) Johnson. Married Richard C. Burgert on February 23, 1952, in Rockford. Survivors include two sons, James (Liz) Burgert of San Antonio, TX, and Chuck (Joan) Burgert of Idaho Falls, ID; three grandchildren, Charlie, Zach and Grace. Predeceased by her parents; husband; and son, Steven.

Funeral services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
