Luanne M. Hanna, 70, of Rockford, IL, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024, in her home. Born April 13, 1953, in Rockford, the daughter of Russell and Lucille (Mara) Woodliff. She married Robert “Bob” C. Hanna on July 13, 1991. Employed as a nurse for the Rockford Public School District 205 and at Swedish American Health. Member of Sinnissippi Quilt Guild. She enjoyed quilting, traveling, and attending concerts, especially country music. Survivors include her daughters, Rachel Pearson and Rebecca (Alex) Hanna-Paxton; grandson, Sean; granddaughter, Luna; sister, Carol Woodliff. Predeceased by her parents; husband; and daughter, Megan Pearson.
A memorial visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park, IL. Cremation rites accorded.
