Louise Vainisi

BELVIDERE - Louise J. Vainisi, 74, of Belvidere passed away Saturday, Jan. 10, 2015, in her home, surrounded by her daughters. Born March 29, 1940, in Chicago, daughter of Joseph and Adeline (Stacy) Dell'Aquila. Member of St. James Catholic Church. She loved bingo and crocheting. Survivors include daughters, Susan (Thomas) McCaffery, Deborah (Gregory) Cussen, Dawn (Dennis) Ziulek and Yvonne (Jeffery) Martin; grandchildren, Donald and Nicolette Phillips, Thomas Jr. and Joshua McCaffery, Amanda (Chad) Slater, Tamara (Derek) Coughlin, Savannah, Sean and Stacy Cussen, Lora, Christine and Amanda Ziulek, LeAnn, Randall and Emma Martin; great-grandchildren, Elizabeth, Cammie, Kyler, Gionel, Jenalys, Alliyah, Jordan, Aubree and Kayne; brothers, Joseph (Cathy) and Robert (Mimi) Dell’Aquila; sister, Sandra (Frank) DiGregorio; numerous nieces and nephews; and special pet, Max. Predeceased by her parents. Special thanks to Northern Illinois Hospice and her nurse, Jenny, for their care and support.

Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, in St. James Catholic Church, 535 Caswell St., Belvidere. Burial in St. James Cemetery. Visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Northern Illinois Hospice.
