Louann Antczak

LouAnn Antczak, 85, of Rockford, IL, passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023, at River Bluff Nursing Home. Born December 18, 1937, in Rockford, the daughter of Horace Henry and Violet C. (Atkins) Tuck. She married Bruno Joseph Antczak, on August 20, 1965, in Rockford. Formerly employed by Rockford School District 205 where she was a librarian and lunch lady. The family has many happy memories of spending time at the Surf Club where Bruno and LouAnn worked at the front counter. She enjoyed word searches and ceramics. LouAnn loved being a lunch lady and most of all she loved spoiling her grandchildren. Survivors include her children, Daniel Edwards, Debra (Tom), Dii (Paul), David (Lar); grandchildren, Angelique (Anthony), Aaron (Megan), Corey (Stephanie), Chelsea (Justin), Zack, and Zoe; great-grandchildren, Jayden, Kenley, Lucas, Mackenzie, and Maddie; brother, Hazen (Carol); sister, Cheryl (Ron); and all her friends at River Bluff. Predeceased by her parents and husband.
