Lori A DePauw, 52, of South Beloit passed away Saturday, October 10, 2020. Born August 4, 1968, in Beloit, WI, the daughter of James and Jane (Morrison) McMillan. Married Stephen DePauw on July 17, 1992. Attended Beloit Catholic High School and UW Platteville. Employed by the Loves Park Police Department for 25 years, serving as a law enforcement officer for 20 years. Lori was a fabulous wife and mother. She never missed her children’s volleyball games and made them into the wonderful people they are today. She loved her husband very much. She also loved her job and was a dedicated and skilled officer. Survivors include husband, Stephen; children, Lindsey (James) Hawkins, Matthew DePauw, Jacob DePauw, Gillian DePauw, and Bobi (Joseph) Demaline; grandchildren, Jaelynn Hawkins, Jamian Hawkins, Jaden Hawkins, Rylee Demaline, and Zoey Demaline; mother, Jane McMillan; sister, Mary (Al) McMillan-Rivera; aunt and uncle, Linda (James) Prebonich; mother-in-law, Beverly Velmers; brother-in-law, Kevin (Michele) DePauw.
