Lillie Mayborne

Lillie M. Mayborne, 87, of Rockford went to be with the Lord Friday, October 21, 2016. Born May 9, 1929, in Trumann, Arkansas, daughter of Dewey and Mary (Denton) Lasley. Married Ray Mayborne on June 28, 1969, in Loves Park. She was an accomplished crocheter and made many lovely keepsakes for her family to cherish. Survivors include sons, Calvin (Sherie), Wayne (Tina), Ben (Norden Gilbert) Thomas and Ray (Denise) Mayborne; daughter, TiJuania (Mark) Eberle; many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, James and Jerry; sister, Bertha; and sister-in-law, Charlotte. Predeceased by her parents; husband; and brother, Murel.

Service at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 27, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 11 a.m. to service time. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
