Kevin Harms

Kevin R. Harms, 35, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2021, in his home.  Born November 14, 1985, in Rockford, Illinois, the son of Richard D. and Kathleen Ann (Leber) Harms.  Graduated from Rockford Christian High School.  Employed as a chef at several restaurants in Rockford and Wisconsin.  He enjoyed biking, the outdoors, golfing, and photography.  Avid Chicago Bears fan.  Kevin was very creative with new recipes. One of his favorite places to visit was Hunky Dory in Northern Wisconsin. Survivors include his sisters, Kara (Chris) Birnbaum and Laren Harms, both of Roscoe; niece, Kahlee Birnbaum; nephew, Justen Birnbaum; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Predeceased by his parents; maternal grandparents, Donald (Colleen) Leber; uncles, Michael Harkness, and Larry Leber.

Memorial service at 4 p.m. Saturday, September 25, 2021, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 3 p.m. to service time.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
