Kenneth H. Bryant, Jr., 74, of Rockford passed away peacefully Monday, November 7, 2016, in his home, surrounded by family, after a long illness. Born November 27, 1941, in Rockford, the son of Kenneth and Lois M. (Kuntzelman) Bryant, Sr. Veteran of the U.S. Navy. Married Betty Corn on September 22, 1962, in Detroit, Michigan. Employed by Martin Automatic for 42 years. Life member of the Loves Park VFW. Member of GWRRA Chapter L of Rockford. Kenneth enjoyed traveling throughout the country with many friends. He loved his family, old cars and motorcycles. Survivors include his wife, Betty; sons, Kenneth (Candice) Bryant, III, and Danny (Paula) Bryant; daughter, Jennifer (Danny Williams) Bryant; grandchildren, Kenneth IV, Rebecca, Christopher, Amanda, Michelle, Brianna, Kaylee and Danny Jr.; great-grandchildren, Kenneth V, Jayden and Arianna; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents; brother, Dennis; and sisters, Barbara, Leah and Judy.
Service at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 12, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
