Judith "Judy" Sterling

Judith “Judy” J. Sterling, 73, of Roscoe passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017, in her home. Born February 15, 1944, in Saint Paul, MN, the daughter of Robert and Agnes (Datko) Jansen.  Retired from Atwood Mobile Products.  Judy volunteered at the concession stands for the Ski Broncs in the late 80’s to the 90’s.  She was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend.  Judy loved traveling with Gary.  Together, they traveled all 50 states on Gary’s Harley and in their RV.  Survivors include her children, Scott Sterling and Sue (Randy) Palm; grandchildren, Tyler, Amber and Trevor Sterling, Ryan and Ethan Palm; sister, Audrey Jansen.  Predeceased by her parents; and life partner, Gary Patterson.

Memorial service at 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 16, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park with visitation from 1 p.m. to service time.
