Judith Quinn

Judith A. Quinn, 78, of Rockford passed into eternal life Wednesday, August 1, 2018, with her best friend, Bob, by her side saying the prayer of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. Born June 7, 1940, in Moline, the daughter of Francis P. and Katheryne D. (Shirkey) Lievens. Member of Holy Family Catholic Church. She loved gardening, dogs, cats, going out for dinners, concerts, listening to music and plays. Her greatest joy was raising her three sons. Survivors include sons, Christopher Quinn and Brian Quinn; grandchildren, Elijah and Carlyann. Predeceased by her parents; stepfather, Earl Prussia; and son, Whitney in 2005.

Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Friday, August 10, in Holy Family Catholic Church, 4401 Highcrest Road, Rockford, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial in St. Anthony’s Catholic Cemetery, Atkinson. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., of Loves Park.
