Jordan Zobal

February 9, 1994 — April 27, 2021

Jordan Joseph Zobal, 27, of Rockford passed away Tuesday, April 27, 2021, in Rockford.  Born February 9, 1994, in Rockford.  He was self-employed in various construction trades.  Jordan loved being outside.  He enjoyed fishing, riding horses, riding his motorcycle and playing pool.  Jordan had an immense love of music and he was in his element when he could get his hands dirty and play his music loud.  He was a Jack of trades, but his proudest title was Uncle.  Jordan was full of life and laughter and a fierce love of his family.  He rarely said no to an adventure, and that is reflected even in his death.  Life was not always kind to Jordan, but his relentless pursuit to make his way in this world shaped him into a kind, caring and thoughtful man.  His love of art granted him peace and compassion in a world that doesn’t provide that willingly.  Jordan truly lived his life with his head up and eyes open and he will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him.  Survivors include his parents, Shelly (Robert G.) Miller, Jr.; siblings, Kaylea (Josh) Zobal, Cheyenne Zobal and Chase Miller; grandparents, William (Marjory) Mondon; nephews, Jay Kissee, Jerry Minter and Logan Zobal; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  Predeceased by his great-grandparents, Loretta and Jerry Ames; grandmother, Ricki Mondon; and uncle, Jerry Mondon.

A celebration of life will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 6778 North Kilbuck Road, Monroe Center, IL.  Inurnment will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 15, 2021, at Wood Cemetery, 9727 Eureka Road, Tomah, WI.  Cremation rites were accorded.  Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
