Joanne M. Smith, 78, of Loves Park passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019, in SwedishAmerican Hospital. Born November 6, 1940, in Janesville, Wisconsin, the daughter of Gordon and Gladys (Doxrud) Smith. Formerly employed in the bakery at Hilander. Retired from Counselor Company. Member of North Love Baptist Church and the Jolly 60’s at church. Survivors include her sisters, Rheta (Wayne) Dwyer and Janet (Larry) Stewart; nephews, Douglas Dwyer, Douglas (Rachel) Beyer and Lance Stewart; nieces, Suzanne (Kyle) Christensen, Kathleen (Jim) Eaker and Sandra Braun; great-nieces and -nephews, Thomas, Carrie, Scott, Laura, Hope, Amie, James, Jade, Symphony, Lyllian, Chelsea and Kassidie; several great-great-nieces and -nephews; longtime close friend and neighbor, Carmen Holmes. Predeceased by her parents; and nieces, Sherry Beyer and Leah Stewart.

Service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 9, 2019, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial in Milton Lawns Memorial Park, Janesville, Wisconsin.
