Jeanie P. Conklin, 101, of Rockford, IL, passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at Ascension Saint Anne Place. Born November 29, 1922, in Rockford, the daughter of John and Evelyn Lannon. She married James Conklin on July 2, 1940, in Rockford. She loved spending time with her family more than anything else. Jeanie loved flowers, gardening and feeding the birds. Survivors include her daughter, Linda Johnson; grandchildren, Tim Conklin, Michael (Kate) Johnson, and Sara Conklin; great-grandchildren, Makenzi (Jose) Rivera, Maddie and Caden Conklin, Aidan and Connor Johnson. Predeceased by her parents; husband; sons, Jim and Michael Conklin; grandson, Bill Conklin; daughter-in-law, Diane Conklin; and sons-in-law, Ronald Woolsey and Michael D. Johnson.

Private family services were held. Inurnment will be in Willwood Burial Park, Rockford. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park, IL.
