Janet Leigh Vincent, 61, of Rockton, IL, passed away on Friday, September 8, 2023, at Javon Bea Hospital. Born July 1, 1962, in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Loren and Ruth (Howland) Oakley. She married Matthew Vincent on June 26, 1990, in Belvidere, IL. Employed by Rock Valley College in the Life Sciences department. Janet loved dogs and horses. Survivors include her husband, Matthew; sister, Karen Oakley; stepmother, Barb Oakley; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents.
