Jackie Lynn Davis-Franklin, 49, of Afton, WI, died Friday, May 17, 2019, in her home. Jackie was born January 21, 1970, in Stoughton, WI, to Jerry and Gail (Garlock) Davis. Jackie graduated from Evansville High School. She married Kelly Franklin on March 20, 2001, in Janesville, WI. At the time of her death, she was employed with Culver’s. Jackie is survived by husband, Kelly; son, Kelly; stepdaughters, Jeanne, Joni and Jessica; father, Jerry Davis; mother-in-law, Margaret Franklin; sister, Chris (Tim) Holtzman; brothers-in-law, Scott (Cricket) Franklin and Mark (Dorothy) Franklin. She was preceded in death by her mom, Gail Davis; father-in-law, Benjamin Franklin; maternal grandparents, Raymond and Ruth (Holsworth) Garlock; paternal grandparents, Charles and Patricia (Reynolds) Davis; and brother-in-law, Robert Franklin.

Memorial service at 11 a.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019, in North Love Baptist Church, 5301 E. Riverside Blvd., Rockford, IL, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., of Loves Park, IL.
