Heather Joy Vincer

Heather Joy Vincer, 52, of Loves Park, IL, passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at Swedish American Health. She was born on Saturday, December 1, 1973, in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Robert and Elizabeth “Betsy” (Lyford) Vincer. Heather enjoyed playing with her See and Say toy, going to the annual Boone County Fair, and various field trips with Walter Lawson Children’s Home. Survivors include her parents; brother, Tyler (Tammy) Vincer; niece and nephew, Peyton and Jack Vincer; several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Special thanks to Walter Lawson Children’s Home for their love, care, and support.

Service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time.
