Gordon Haese

Gordon A. Haese, 33, of Machesney Park passed away Monday, February 15, 2021, in Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, IL.  Born April 11, 1987, in Youngstown, OH, the son of Ronald “Ron” G. and Diana L. (Riggleman) Haese.  Married Charlotte J. “C.J.” Johnston on June 5, 2016.  Member of and active volunteer at North Love Baptist Church and Boy Scout Troop 418.  He loved his wife, children, and family.  Gordon enjoyed helping his dad at church.  Gordon was willing to help anyone, he never met an enemy.  He enjoyed card games, woodworking, fishing, and anything outdoors.  Survivors include his wife, C.J.; children, Daniel, Sadie, Ty and Sebastian; parents, Ron and Diana Haese; siblings, Matthew (Julie) Haese, Audrey (Jacob) Wilson, Zachary (Paula) Haese, Peter (Melissa) Haese and Anna (Jonathan) Lerch; 16 nieces and nephews; grandparents, Jesse and Edie Riggleman and Lorraine Haese; several aunts, uncles and cousins.  Predeceased by his grandfather, Heinz Haese.

Walk through visitation from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, February 25, 2021, in North Love Baptist Church, 5301 East Riverside Blvd., Rockford.  Social distancing and face coverings required.  Private family services with cremation rites accorded.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.  Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park.
