Gladys Bohren

Gladys H. Bohren, 81, of Loves Park passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017, in P.A. Peterson at the Citadel. Born August 27, 1936, in Woodford, WI, the daughter of Benjamin and Inez (Olsen) Due.  Married her high school sweetheart Charles Bohren on August 24, 1955, in Monroe, WI.  Avid fan of the Chicago Bears, Cubs and Bulls.  She loved playing the slot machines in Elko, NV.  Gladys and Charles enjoyed taking many trips together and traveling to Hawaii and Switzerland.  She enjoyed baking and was famous for her chocolate chip cookies and zucchini bread.  Gladys loved spending time with her grandchildren.  Survivors include her children, Steve, David, Kathryn and Christine; grandchildren, Tara, Tasha, Abraham and Chase; 4 great-grandchildren.  Recently predeceased by her devoted husband four months ago.

Service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 20, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
