Frankie Scott, 97, of Rockford passed away Friday, June 2, 2017, in Alpine Fireside Health Center. Born July 30, 1919, in Short Creek, KY, the daughter of Samuel H. and Susie (Shain) Shain. Married Raymond D. Scott on August 29, 1936, in Sullivan. Survivors include her sons, Harlan (Carol) Scott and Richard (Beverly) Scott; daughter, Glenda Sue Burman; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents; husband; son, Junior; daughter, Patricia “Jackie”; several brothers and sisters.

Service at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 1 p.m. to service time. Burial in Harlem Cemetery.
