Frank M. Johnson, 85, of Roscoe passed away Monday, August 6, 2018. Born January 19, 1933, in Belvidere, the son of Harold M. and Gladys B. (Colvin) Johnson. Graduated from West High School, Class of 1951. Veteran of the Korean conflict, serving in the U.S. Army. Married Nancy C. Sells on September 15, 1956, in Rockford. Employed as a realtor for more than 50 years, most recently by Dickerson/Nieman. Member of Central Christian Church in Beloit, WI, Roscoe VFW, and Kiwanis Club. Frank loved golfing and a good glass of scotch. Survivors include his wife, Nancy; children, Laura (Greg) Stewart, Craig (Carla) Johnson, Julie (John) Poli, and Jeff (Tammy) Johnson; grandchildren, Zach (Miranda) Stewart, Kelsey (Brett) Johnson, Hannah Stewart, Ashely Johnson, Matt Johnson, Michael (Hayley) Johnson, Rachel (Tom) Monson, Nick Poli and Tyler Pease; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Eli, Ben, Nora and Reed; sister, Phyllis McLain; and loyal companion, Annie.
Service at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 11, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 12:30 p.m. to service time.
