Frank J. Howard, 84, of Loves Park passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016, in Sun City West, AZ. Born March 1, 1932, in Delaplaine, AR., the son of George and Inez (Maple) Howard. Married Ernestine Henrietta Howlett on May 31, 1951. Owned and operated Arco Custom Cabinets. Survivors include his daughters, Glenda (Don Haughton) Novotny and Betty Gates; grandchildren, Tricia (Bryan) Cooper, Christine Novotny and Jonathan Gates; great-grandchildren, Sebastian Novotny, Branden Cooper and Zackary Cooper; and brother, George Howard; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his wife; and sons-in-law, Robert Novotny and Joseph Gates.

Service at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 4, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 9:30 a.m. to service time. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
