Frank R. Garrison, 94, of Rockford, IL, passed away Wednesday, December 25, 2024. Born March 15, 1930, in Polo, IL, the son of Frank and Ollie (Ruble) Garrison. Veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He owned and operated his own computer consultant business for 10 years and later in semi-retirement, he taught computer education classes at Rock Valley College. Member of Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd and Kiwannis. Frank enjoyed golfing, weekends at the lake and spending time with family. Survivors include his sons, Andrew Garrison and Alan Garrison; grandchildren, Andrea (Shaun) Watts, and Nicole (Johnny) Johnson; great-grandchildren, Aidon, Colton, Andrew, Donny, and Bailey Watts, Christopher and Brynn Johnson; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents; wife; daughter-in-law, Nancy Garrison; and five siblings.

Memorial service at 11:30 a.m. Monday, January 6, 2025, at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1829 North Rockton Ave., Rockford, IL, with memorial visitation from 10:30 a.m. to service time. Cremation rites accorded. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, 401 River Lane, Loves Park, IL. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
