Frank Engelkes

Frank A. Engelkes, 49, of Machesney Park, passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018. Born December 26, 1968, in Rockford, the son of Leon and Vickie (Mondon) Engelkes. Graduated from Guilford High School, Class of 1985. Frank loved the Chicago Cubs and camping with his family. Survivors include brother, Mike (Melissa) Engelkes; niece, Madison; nephew, Shawn (Hannah) Engelkes; great-nieces, Charlie and Ava; several aunts and uncles. Predeceased by his parents. The family wishes to thank Amberwood Care Center and Mercy Health Hospice. Special thanks to Marcia and Glen Mantta and Aunt Carla and Matt Schiele.

Celebration of Life will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, July 13, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 3 p.m. to service time. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
