Frances S. Houghton formerly of Red Oak, Iowa, passed away Friday, Feb. 26, 2016, in Provena St. Anne Center. Survivors include her daughter, Barb (Dave) Kohl; son, Robert Houghton; grandchildren, Thomas (Maren) and Sarah Kohl; great-grandchildren, Jett and Hadley Turner.
Services at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 5, in First Congregational United Church of Christ, Red Oak, Iowa. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Memorials to Provena St. Anne Center Vallini Cafe remodeling. Local arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd.
