Evelyn Morgan

Evelyn L. “Ma” Morgan, 76, of Rockford passed away peacefully Tuesday, December 5, 2017, surrounded by family. Born September 3, 1941, in Richland Center, WI, the daughter of James and Florence (Privett) Hardy.  Married George F. Morgan on June 7, 1958, in Rockford.  Retired from Logli’s Supermarket.  She loved spending time with family and her dog, Kisser.  Survivors include her children, Rhonda (James) Thom, Colleen (Michael) Beair, George Frank Morgan and Johny (Julie) Morgan; grandchildren, James (Tiffany) Thom, Jr., Kim (David) Schiro, Michael (Lindsay) Beair, Shannon (Jessica Neth) Beair, Nicholas Beair, Candie (Brad) Hatfield, Joseph Morgan, Jason Morgan, Jake Morgan, Georgia Morgan, Jayme (Nate) Morton, Heather (Andrew) Chubb, Tiffany Morgan, Nikki Morgan, Johny (April Johnson) Morgan, CheyAnn Morgan; 20 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by her husband; sons, Darrell Morgan and David Morgan; 3 sisters; and 2 brothers.  The family wishes to thank her niece, Lori Davis, great-granddaughter, Taylor Thom, Mercy Hospice and River Bluff Nursing Home.

Service at 2 p.m. Monday, December 11, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 1 p.m. to service time. Burial in Cedar Bluff Cemetery.
