Eileen A. Szatek-Brown, 88, of Onalaska, WI, formerly of Machesney Park, IL, passed away Tuesday, May 24, 2016, in Onalaska Care Center. Born August 15, 1927, in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Mathias and Magdalena “Lena” (Wiegandt) Klein. Married Roy J. Szatek on April 24, 1954, in Chicago. Survivors include son, Bruce (Sue) Szatek; daughters, Debbie Bloomfield and Sherry Rossi; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild. Predeceased by her husband, Roy Szatek; and grandson, Patrick Szatek.
Service at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 4, in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., 401 River Lane, Loves Park, with visitation from 1 p.m. to service time. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial to Alzheimer’s Association, alz.org/illinois.
