Eileen (Ellen Mary) Hogan, 90, of Rockford passed away February 21, 2019, in her home. Born October 7, 1928, in Ballyduff, County Kerry, Ireland, the daughter of Jeremiah and Ellen Lawlor. Married Anthony "Tony" Hogan on September 23, 1961, in St. Louis, Missouri. Member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Holy Family Women’s Guild and St. Anne Center Auxiliary. Active volunteer at Siena (Provena) St. Anne Center since the home opened in 1986. Survivors include her sons, Tony (Lonna) Hogan, John (Cheryl) Hogan and Tom Hogan; grandchildren, Brendan, Sean and Tara Hogan; numerous nieces and nephews in Ireland, England and St. Louis; and a sister-in-law in St. Louis. Predeceased by her parents; husband; sister, Mary Phil O’Connell; and brothers, Sean, Tim, Tom and Brendan Lawlor.

Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 27, in Holy Family Catholic Church, 4401 Highcrest Road, Rockford, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial in Scandinavian Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to The Rosecrance Foundation, 1021 North Mulford Road, Rockford, IL 61107. Arrangements by Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd., of Loves Park.
